Information for New & Existing Dental Patients
At Sweeny Family Dental, our goal is to make taking care of you and your family’s teeth as easy and stress-free as possible. Whether you’re thinking about coming to see us for the first time or have been here before, you’ll find plenty of helpful information below that should answer some of your basic questions. Of course, if you have anything else you’d like to ask us, feel free to give us a call any time!
Your First Dental Visit
After being greeted by our friendly front desk team, you’ll be escorted to a treatment room where a member of our staff will begin your appointment by asking a few questions and taking some scans and X-rays of your mouth. You’ll then get to meet Dr. Funk, who will ask if you have any pressing dental concerns before performing a comprehensive oral exam. Afterward, he’ll discuss his findings with you, go over any additional treatments you might need, and then you’ll have a chance to ask any questions you might have.
New Patient Forms
